Returns & Exchanges
Stateside Sports aims to provide total customer satisfaction and are happy to refund most online purchases up to 14 days from the day you receive the goods. Please remember that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, not including postage and handling. All returns must be accompanied by the returns form, enclosed with your original order.  Anything returned beyond the 14 day period may exchanged for another item or a Credit Note can be issued.  Refunds wil not be given for products outside the 14 day period.

If you change your mind, the goods returned must be in as new, original condition which includes any packaging and tags. All goods will be inspected on return prior to the refund, credit or exchange being issued.  Any items deemed unable to be returned (when not in original condition for example) will be returned at the customers expense.  Please allow 14 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be redelivered. We do not offer refunds on sale items.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer change of mind refunds on any underwear, socks or drink bottles.

Any genuinely faulty products are entitled to a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law. If you think that there is a fault with an item you have received please contact us at online@statesidesports.com.au.  All items returned as potentially faulty will be assessed by the Production Team prior to a refund or replacement being issued.  If an item is found not to be faulty it will be returned at the customers expense.

Return or Exchange to Stateside Retail Stores
Returns and Exchanges are accepted at Stateside Sports retail stores up to 14 days from the day you received the goods. All goods to be returned or exchanged must be in original, as new condition and accompanied by the returns forms enclosed with your goods or an invoice. We do not offer refunds on Sale items.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer change of mind refunds on any underwear, socks or drink bottles.

Returns Terms & Guidelines
- All change of mind returned items must be in original, as new condition.  This means unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and packaging if applicable
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items
- All items must be in original, resellable condition.  If an item cannot be resold it will not be accepted as a change of mind return
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post

- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
- Stateside Sports will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit
- If returning an item from outside Australia, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Stateside Sports is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.  Customers will be liable for any such charges
