RETURNS & EXCHANGES

OUR COMMITMENT

At Stateside Sports, we aim to provide total customer satisfaction. We’re happy to offer refunds on most online purchases within 90 days from the day you receive your order.
Please note: Postage costs are non-refundable.

All returns must include the returns form provided with your original order.
Items returned after 90 days may be eligible for an exchange or credit note, but not a refund.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you change your mind, returned items must be in as new, original condition, including:

  • All original packaging, tags, and labels

  • Unworn and unwashed condition

All goods will be inspected prior to a refund, credit, or exchange being processed.
Items not meeting the return criteria will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Please allow up to 14 days from the date of return for your account to be credited or for your exchange to be dispatched. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

HYGIENE POLICY

For hygiene reasons, we DO NOT accept change of mind returns or refunds on:

  • Footwear

  • Underwear

  • Socks

  • Drink bottles

FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at online@statesidesports.com.au.

All potentially faulty items are assessed by our Product Team (and, where necessary, the original supplier) before a refund or replacement is issued.
If the item is found not to be faulty, it will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Under Australian Consumer Law, genuinely faulty products are entitled to a refund or replacement.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IN STORE

Eligibility

Returns and exchanges can be made at any Stateside Sports retail store within 90 days of receiving your goods.
Items must be in original, as new condition and accompanied by either:

  • The returns form enclosed with your order, or

  • A purchase invoice

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Hygiene exclusions (footwear, underwear, socks, and drink bottles) also apply in-store.

 

RETURNS GUIDELINES

  • All change of mind returns must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be in resellable condition — damaged or worn items will not be accepted

  • Ensure all returns are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

  • Use a trackable and insured postage service

  • Stateside Sports is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

  • For international returns, clearly mark the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. Stateside Sports is not liable for any such charges
