Due to Stateside entering voluntary administration on May 22nd 2026, changes have been made to the purchase and usage of Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are no longer available for purchase. Any existing Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed in store in a transaction that is a minimum of three times the value of the voucher. For example, if you have a $50 Gift Voucher then this can only be used in a transaction with a value of at least $150.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and should be treated like cash.
Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced or reissued under any circumstances.
