An impressive, and early feat in the Brisbane Bronco’s history marking only their 5th year in the league. The 1992 season saw new captain Allan Langer bring his team to finish 1st in the regular season, taking home the minor premiership, getting them to their first grand final appearance and also dominating the final game against the Dragons with a 28-8 win! Not only was this a first for the Bronco’s but it was also the first time the Winfield Cup had crossed the border into Queensland beginning a period of dominance for the team in the 90’s!
