Metro areas: tympically within 2 business days (up to 5 days maximum)
Regional areas & Western Australia: allow 6–7 business days
Some regional orders may be passed to a third-party carrier, which can cause minor delays.
Delivery Conditions
All parcels require a signature on delivery.
If no one is available to sign, a delivery attempt notice will be left.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?
Yes, Items can be returned. All items must be in original, brand new condition including all tags and packaging. See our Returns page for full details.
How long do I have to return my item?
All items must be returned within 90 DAYS from the date you receive your order.
Click & Collect is available at all Stateside Sports stores.
Simply select your preferred store during checkout — you’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
Processing & Pickup

Photo ID, and
Your pickup confirmation email
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, forward them the confirmation email for verification.
