MULTI-SITE STORE MANAGER

As Cluster Manager, you’ll oversee two stores – Chatswood and Warringah – creating high-performance teams and driving success alongside your Area Manager. You’ll shape store culture, nurture future leaders, and ensure every customer interaction is nothing short of premium.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Be the face of leadership across two stores – leading, coaching and developing a team of casual sales assistants.
- Take ownership of all recruitment across your stores – lead interviews, onboard talent and retain high performers.
- Create empowering experiences for your people through regular coaching, development, and mentoring.
- Drive a culture focused on the customer – connect through storytelling and create standout in-store moments.
- Maintain premium VM standards and ensure each store delivers a next-level brand experience.
- Motivate your teams to smash sales targets and exceed KPI expectations.
- Partner with your Area Manager on sales reports, performance trends and business planning.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1–2+ years multi-site management experience (or strong singe-site experience ready for the next step!).
- Retail industry experience preferred.
- A proven track record of achieving results and leading successful retail teams.
- People-first leadership style – you build trust, coach with intent, and lead by example!
- Commercially sharp – you’re confident making data-driven decisions to drive business.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and hungry to grow – you take accountability for your success.
STORE MANAGER

As the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a store full of like and collaborating with the Store Manager to drive sales in-store and achieve KPI results with your team. You will play a key part in developing and coaching your team to foster a vibrant and customer-driven culture within the store.
Your Day-to-Day:
- As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for all store recruitment including leading interviews, sourcing and retaining exception talent.
- Create empowering experiences within your store for everyone and empowering your team of retail experts through regular coaching and development!
- Lead your team and build a customer-driven culture within the store, by connecting with customers through our stories and creating memorable experiences.
- Be a brand ambassador and create a premium store experience with impeccable VM standards.
- Create a high performing team and motivate them to achieve sales targets and KPI goals.
- Work closely with your Area Manager with sales reporting and setting store targets.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Ideally 12 months or more experience in store management or a 2IC role within a retail store environment
- Proven track record of delivering results, driving sales and engaging your team, with sound understanding of KPIs
- Personable with strong people management & coaching skills
- Commercially minded - able to make calculated business decisions
- Self-driven and hungry for growth - take ownership for your results
ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll team up with the Store Manager to inspire and build a powerhouse crew. You'll be at the heart of driving sales, leading the team to success, and making sure every customer leaves with a smile and a great experience.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Be the customer service guru—handle inquiries, solve problems, and make every customer feel like a VIP.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management and merchandising.
- Play a key role in bringing new team members on board, training them, and helping them grow into their full potential.
- Be the right hand to the Store Manager when it comes to rolling out promotions, policies, and keeping the store on point.
- Help manage scheduling to keep the store fully staffed and running smoothly, day in and day out.
- Keep things safe, clean, and organised, making sure both customers and your team have an awesome experience in-store.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Ideally 12 months or more experience in store management or a 3IC role within a retail store environment
- Proven track record of delivering results, driving sales and engaging your team, with sound understanding of KPIs
