PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO OUR WAREHOUSE SALE, EXPECT DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO HIGH DEMAND

All domestic orders incur a $15 shipping free. Stateside Sports uses a variety of trusted courier partners to ensure fast and affordable delivery. All orders are shipped from the closest retail store with stock available, not from a single central warehouse. Because of this, your order may be shipped in multiple deliveries, each with its own tracking number.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow extra time for delivery during busy periods such as:

  • Storewide sales events

  • Christmas / New Year

  • Public holidays

  • Major promotional periods

All shipping communication will come from Shippit, including:

  • Courier information

  • Tracking details

  • Estimated delivery date

If you have selected Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout, Stateside Sports cannot be held liable for any missing or stolen parcels.

Rates

  • Flat rate $15 on all orders

Delivery Times

  • Metro areas: typically within 2-5 business days, but can reach 5-10 business days during high sales periods

  • Regional areas & Western Australia: allow up to 10-15 business days

  • Some regional orders may be passed to a third-party carrier, which can cause delivery delays.

  • Please note, as we pack all orders in store, some interstate deliveries can incur longer delvery times. We apologise in advanced for this potential inconvenience.

Delivery Conditions

  • All parcels require a signature on delivery.

  • If no one is available to sign, a delivery attempt notice will be left.

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Rural/Regional Locations Orders

  • Orders going to be rural/regional areas of Australia may incur further delivery fees. Customers who are impacted by this will be emailed to discuss options prior to shipment. Please note that this may cause minor delays in the processing of your order or order cancellations due to high delivery fees

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately we are no loinger able to ship items overseas.

 

CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS

Unfortunately we are no longer offering Click& Collect. Any outstanding Click & Collect orders must be collected by July 12 2026.
