Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Stateside Sports Gift Vouchers can be purchased online and in any of our stores Australia-wide.  Gift vouchers can be used online or in any of our stores in Australia, regardless of where they are purchased. 

Gift Vouchers can be any value, up to a maximum of $200. 

All Gift Vouchers have a three year expiration date from the purchase date of the original voucher.  Expiry dates do not reset if a portion of the gift voucher value is redeemed.  Expiration dates cannot be extended beyond the three years.

Any unused value remains on the Gift Voucher and cannot be returned as change.  Items purchased using a Gift Voucher cannot be refunded by cash, eftpos, AfterPay or LayBuy.  Items can be exchanged or a credit note or Gift Voucher can be provided. 

Should the value of a Gift Voucher not cover the full transaction amount the remaining balance can be paid via cash, eftpos, AfterPay or LayBuy.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Treat like you would cash, as lost or stolen Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced or reissued.
